   – For partner events, based on your order, we finish the event (rush or non-rush slots) within the specified time duration.
2. How long does it take to get a refund?
   – If you made the payment via PayPal, we will process the refund immediately upon request or via live chat.
   – If the payment was made through Cash App or Venmo, we try to send your money back within a maximum of 24 hours.
